Job Description

    Business AnalystBusiness Syatem Analyst, 10-15yrs, 32lpa(including 10% var)Business System Analyst SpFunctional Expertise/exposure:1. Capital Markets Domain - Post Trade Securities Processing domain2. Extensive working knowledge on Equity , Fixed Income and their respective trade lifecycle.3. Good working knowledge on Middle and Back Office functionalities.4. Extensive knowledge on implementing regulatory requirements.5. Hands on experience with defining interfaces with external systems (client, 3rd party or other products/applications within organisation).6. Good understanding on standard messaging (Swift, Crest, FIX).7. Some experience into Market research on Equity and Fixed Income.Role expectations:1. Past experience (10+ years) as Product Owner/ Senior Business Analyst in Financial Markets Technology delivery environment (preferably in Capital Markets-Post Trade Securities Processing).2. Must own end-end solution definition, and drive its implementation and delivery in fast paced Agile environment.3. Excellent stakeholder management skills - External (Client users, Regulatory bodies, 3rd party products/applications), Internal (Development team, Product Managers, Architects and QA).4. Assist Product Manager with Product roadmap and prioritization decisions.5. Responsible for maintaining clearly defined, estimated and prioritized Product backlog.6. Keep stakeholders on same page with clearly defined current Vs target solution model.7. Assist Development managers with long and short term delivery plan that is in-line with the business priority.Good to have:1. Experience/Familiarity with Swift ISO20022 MX messaging.2. Should have experience in fitment analysis and assist sales team with RFI/RFP responses.3. Design thinking based approach to feed into Product development and evolution.4. Experience working with UI/UX teams to produce superior user experience.
