Job Description

    Business Analyst works with consultants and managers in the US to manage projects related to data extraction, verification and reconciliation. This role involves working on huge databases, developing required procedures and managing project communications.Duties and Responsibilities, as they align to Ryans Key ResultsPeopleCreate a positive team experienceAttend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements, which will enable team to improve its overall efficiencyCommunicate with US counterparts to address any quarries that they have / to let them know the status of the projects received.ClientRespond to client, clients are not limited to external however provide proactive work status update to US / India liaisonPrepare reports as per the requirements from consultantsEnsure adherence to Service Line Agreement alwaysEnsure quality work product is delivered by adhering to all the Quality Assurance & control measures laid out without any deviation.ValueWork on projects related to data importing, cleansing, transforming, validating or modeling dataWrite Database Queries in SQL ServerDesign, develop, implement, and test Power BI reports and DAX measuresReconcile the values from different data sourcesDevelop an understanding of Ryan service offeringsWork under minimum supervision post training and comply with established procedures or as directed by Assistant Manager/ ManagerPerform quality assurance as requiredComplete tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed.Intermediatery knowledge on Alteryx.Experience on other visualization tools is a added advantage.Education and Experience:Any masters or bachelors Degree2-4 years of experience on SQL Server.1-4 years of experience on Power BIKnowledge on Java (preferred but not mandatory)Skills:To perform the job successfully, the candidate should have good analytical & problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines and good communication skills is critical.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Internet navigation and research.Similar Jobs (1)Business AnalystlocationsHyderabad IN - Argustime typeFull timeposted onPosted 14 Days AgoAbout UsLogoRyan offers outstanding opportunities to work in a dynamic, rapidly expanding tax services firm serving the worlds most respected Global 5000 companies.
