    Position - Business Development AssociateLocation(s) - Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Indore, Daman/Vapi, Chennai, Kochi,Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Mumbai, KanpurReports to - Demand ManagerJob Overview -To pursue potential buyers from the polymer industry, explain the business model of Source.Oneand convert them to do business with Source.OneCompensation offered -Fixed - 25k to 40k per month (depending on relevant experience) + Business based incentives +Performance Bonus (for extraordinary performance)KRAs-- Reach out to the buyers as per the data given by Source.One- Coordinate with the HO team for key buyers and schedule meetings with the businessowners of the buyers- Understand their business requirements in brief before scheduling the meeting, to havefruitful and intelligent conversations- Explain the business model of Source.One to the buyers- Pitch for doing business with Source.One and explain the benefits of the same- Pursue the buyers for higher conversion and business volumeIdeal fit-- Hustler with a high level of motivation- Hunger for business and personal growth- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant work experience (B2B experience would be preferred)- High level of integrity and work ethics- Fond of traveling within and outside the base city- Local Language proficiency will be highly preferredBenefits-- Opportunity to work with a fastest growing profit-making tech startup in the B2B space- Enormous growth opportunity within the organization- Opportunity to earn huge incentive and performance bonus
