Job Description

Initial onboarding of customers while taking ownership of fulfilling all requireddeliverables during the start of the program.2. Work with Operations, Marketing, and other teams to execute tasks that drive theexperience of customers.3. Understanding our product and program well to be able to resolve customerescalations quickly and maintain satisfaction and trust.4. Work alongside dieticians, doctors, and the rest of the care team to get all the requiredinformation from the customers during the program for driving medical outcomes.5. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers. Follow-up in intervals tounderstand their progress, and pain points. In case of emergency situations is able toclosely work with the relevant team to help patients appropriately6. Owning the entire relationship with assigned patients, including onboarding, servicedelivery, retention, and satisfaction.7. Establish relationships with patients, ensure timely service delivery and reducechurn.8. Addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.9. Taking care of a lot of internal operations (multi-functional coordination).10. Having great ownership of patient (customer) problems.Qualifications:1. Has excellent customer relationship management skills.2. Has a bachelors degree and excellent written and verbal communication (Kannada,Telugu, Hindi, English (must have) Other South Indian languages(preferable))3. Has good Excel/Google sheet knowledge.4. Attitude of a team player who can easily adapt to the dynamic environment of a startup.5. Willingness to learn with an incredible team and Is a hustler with a get things doneattitude is comfortable with a fast-moving start-up environment and can multitask.6.
