Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role. Candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing newaccounts and strengthening existing customers. Candidate will also assess product portfolio in line with evolvingcustomer needs and current offerings to the market workingclosely with product development and marketing team. Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitorsstrategy and suggest solutions and implement the same. Drive initiatives and sales targets of the Franchise. Being a single-window contact with customers, the candidateshall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index. Candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership intheir respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature andpresence of the brand. Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders,Architects / Sr. Architects about company s product (completehardware) - features, USPs, etc. Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets of the franchise. Contribute to preparing the Monthly Sales Target. Reporting to Franchise Owner and BDM of that Territory.SkillsRequirementsSkills Required: Good listening and probing skills to diagnose client requirements. Able to learn quickly. Engaging and confident personality. Self-motivated and Team player. Time management and prioritization. Ability to think strategically. Travel Savy(atleast 15 days from Base Location, around 200 Kms
