Job Description

Role: Business HeadLocation: HyderabadThe Company:Our client deals with Water and Environment Infrastructure business. They are looking for a business head for the proposed Project / Investment Chemicals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis of the company including PIL and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a plan for the current next two financial years.
  • Shall be responsible for setting up of greenfield Chemical facility
  • Shall be responsible for building up of necessary team for both sales and operations
  • Shall be responsible for setting up and execution of marketing strategy and business development
  • Shall be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities
  • Shall be directly responsible for the P&L of the business.
  • Prepare a detailed regional business plan with goals and objectives, target numbers of booking, billing and collection plan, supported by live inquiry bank.
Other Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Lead generation to Enquiry generation to Quote activity to Order book
  • Building the Team (keep people for each segment).
  • Build relation with customers & manage future relations.
  • Meeting annual sales targets (top line) with pre agreed profit margins (bottom lines).
  • Conduct reviews of direct reports & as a leader motivate the team to enhance team performance.
  • Develop standard proposal template for each technology and with relevant contractual terms, including legal, taxation and payment terms.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with MBA
  • 20 years of experience in precast industry
  • At least 2 years of P&L Experience
  • Ability to handle teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
