    Business Intelligence Senior AdvisorThe Global Customer Growth Marketing team s mission is to drive business growth by keeping our customers at the center. We are a group of builders we bring CRM, Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps and Automation skills together to make the magic happen.What you ll achieve:As a Business Intelligence Senior Advisor, you work with other engineers, business analysts, strategists and data scientists to solve some of the hardest business problems and you will learn what it takes to deliver real business outcomes using our AI/ML solutions in the real-world.Your analysis will have a direct impact on our Consumer business. Our models ensure our marketing campaigns are delivered to the right customer, at the right time, with the right message and the product they need.This is a global role you will need to work within a variety of cultures and time-zones. You will build strong relationships with our key stakeholders and partners to understand the business needs and pain points.You will:
    • Manage the relationship with our Consumer marketing & sales stakeholders ensuring we deliver data direct actionable insights.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quarterly and yearly buyer base forecasts.
    • Solve stakeholder issues and explain where and how issues arose as well as proposing and driving a solution with the team
    • Identify opportunities to both simplify / expand our reporting suite, e.g. by working with our AI/ML team to showcase insights from those models
    • Define problem statements with multiple business and engineering teams & deliver on our commitments

    • Should have 5+ years of experience in Data or BI engineering with expertise in SQL and knowledge of relational databases, preferably in a multi-parallel setting (MPP) will be required to deliver reports and dashboards which scale to multiple regions.
    • Should have experience building dashboards / reports in Tableau, PowerBI, DASH, RShiny, QlikView or similar
    • General purpose programming language such as Python, including knowledge of plotting libraries such as plotly or matplotlib.
    • You should becomfortable presenting data and ideas to stakeholders and enjoy mentoring junior team members
    Desirable Requirements
    • Experience in a PostGreSQL database and Hadoop ecosystem - Hive
    • Experience in one or more of R, C#, Java, Go and/or similar is a plus
