    Job summaryAt AWS, we are building a global team of technical cloud computing architects to help our partners develop technical expertise and capacity, and to work on enterprise customer engagements around the world.At AWS Professional Services, we are building a professional services team to work on enterprise customer engagements and to help our partners develop technical expertise and capacity supporting these customers. To help grow and scale this business, we are looking for a Business Operations (BizOps) Manager, with strong operational, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the operations of a business, helping ensure that the business can optimize its impact on behalf of customers because it is so operationally sound.Key job responsibilitiesPlanning & Analysis: Accurately plan, forecast, and execute programs to help the ProServe leaders meet/exceed practice goals.Establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals.Develop and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes and strive for operational excellence.Project Administration: Ensure complete and accurate project set up. Drive timely entry of labor and expenses across the practice. Reconcile discrepancies/issues for timely close-out of projects.Opportunity Pipeline Management: Work with sales and other ProServe teams involved in proposing, selling, and forecasting new business for compliance and forecast development., * 8+ year experience working in a Professional Services organization or other consulting industry.* Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM.* Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) or equivalent to extract and analyze data. e.g. FinancialForce, OpenAir, ChangePoint.* 5+ years of Excel experience and the ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations (Pivot Tables, Vlookups.)* Experience preparing and delivering state of the business documents and presentations.* Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience* Knowledge of Business Insights tools like Tableau, AWS Quicksight etc. * Proven experience optimizing project accounting/billing systems and processes for a professional services business* Advanced Excel skills (VBA & Macros, Power Query, Advanced Charting)* Masters Degree* Agile/Scrum Certification
