Job Description

    • Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

    • Ensure all mandatory assigned training related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team, including self
    • Compliance with Syngene s s quality standards at all times
    • Hold yourself and your teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
    • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
    Core Purpose of the Role:
    • Planning and executing instruments breakdown calls
    • Supervision of the status of the instrument, QA compliance and EHS adherence
    • Coordination with vendor and cross-functional team for the smooth operation of the instruments
    Role Accountabilities:
    • Maintenance and troubleshooting. on HPLC, LCMS and Prep HPLC instruments
    • Good skill in chromatographic and mass spectrophotometry instruments
    • Prepare a preventive maintenance planner for the year and its adherence.
    • Monitoring the preventive maintenance schedule
    • Monitoring the usage of spares & Procurement of the spares.
    • Review and approve the document related to the Analytical Instrument Support team (AIS).

    Experience: 6 to 9 years Skills and Capabilities:
    • Troubleshooting of the instruments like HPLC, LCMS, UPLCMS, and Prep HPLC (Agilent and Waters)
    • Training the analysts on basic technical troubleshooting
    • Supervision the status of the instruments
    • Good preventive maintenance skills for HPLC, LCMS, and Prep HPLC instruments.
    Education
    • BE electronics or Equivalent
