Job Description

    Techno commercial Location : Hyderabad Direct Superior : Managing Director Subordinates : Evaluator, Chef, Creator (All Dotted line) Scope : The Role offers to showcase your expertise in handling culinary customers across India, Nepal and Shri Lanka and win projects and commercials to meet company business goals. It also challenges your project desired capabilities to analyze Project briefs into consumer preferred culinary Solutions, Application prototypes and demonstrations to customers. Key Responsible Areas : Key Accountability Duty Statements Category Management Market research, identify new customer opportunities and tracking them on regular basis, apart from handling existing customers. Provide pre-sales technical support Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients. Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions. Responsible for getting the orders Participating in techno-commercial discussions and commercial negotiations Executing and planning business development strategies and activities with management. Product demonstrations to customer, product evaluation and promotions -Demonstrate new and unique products in emulsion, sauces, soups, Noodles, Pasta, wet seasoning, frozen, meat products, coatings, Vegan, RTE and RTC products at customer location. Application knowledge of wide range of Indian and Asian cuisines, starting from traditional, authentic to fusion and trending concepts to promote these to customers. Work closely with evaluator and chef and design product promotion concepts based on project needs. Conduct application trials at QSRs, customers place and set recipe and viable application procedure based on the project requirement. Determine how culinary concepts should be presented and create attractive food displays to customers working closely with chef and evaluator. Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groupsExperience : Candidate should have minimum 7 - 10 years of Experience in techno commercial and culinary product application role. Knowledge of Savory products, Culinary, Marinades , coatings, emulsion, curries, Seasonings, wet products, QSRs, frozen foods is required. Required Skills Being aggressive with excellent Communication Passion to win customers Ability to take the criticism positively Adaptability to change & paying attention to minute details Managing stress & being decisive under pressure.
