    Roles and Responsibilities Greetings from Edubridge!We are hiring for a Centre Trainer - Finance and Data processThis is a remote opportunity.Location - HyderabadSalary - upto 35000 gross(depends on last drawn, experience and interview feedback)Please find below a detailed JD - Strong knowledge of accounting and tax return concepts. Knowledge of BPO & KPO operations. Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline. Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral) Commitment and ownership Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training Proficient in MS Office Critical thinking and decision making Mentoring and Coaching skillsDeliver end to end training for trainees on Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Database management.Deliver employability skills, life skills, concepts of BPO/KPOs, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and other livelihood related training that empowers youth to take up employmentApply experience and knowledge in conducting an effective training in the domain skills as well as soft skills Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and sports for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training.
