Job Description

    Education: Graduate Engineer and MBA from a premier InstitutionExperience : around 25 years, of which 3 to 5 years as CEO of a Infra Business with a Turnover of over Rs 1000 crs. OTHER PRE-REQUISITES:- Experience in developing, planning and implementing Residential & Commercial Buildings.- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles- Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc.- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Analytical mind set and problem-solving orientation- Strategic thinking and decision-making- Excellent communication and public speaking skills- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills- Oversee all operations and business activities dealing commercial office space and residential with (apartments + Villas) consistent with the overall vision of the company.- Managing the entire team of Marketing, Project Management & Construction.- Develop and implement high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term growth plan of the company and increase profits.- Evaluate the companys financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business and organization growth.- Make high-quality investment decisions- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions for improvements Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.- Ensures the companys compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics.- Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders- Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends- Serves as the companys representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.Please send your resume along with current compensation, perks and notice period,
