Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for monitoring D2C commerce operations (ship to home, click and collect, endless aisles, buy online return in-store)
  2. Leverage various tools and dashboards to track key Business KPIs
  3. Proactively validate the health of end consumers online experience
  4. Generate and analyze pre-defined reports to gauge eCommerce operations health
  5. Be the eyes on the ground for any outliers or volume/behavior shifts that require prompt attention from internal or external stakeholders
  6. Collaborate with key business stakeholders and digital development teams to resolve issues, and plan for forthcoming business/digital initiatives
  7. Maintain knowledgebase of issues to initiate fast response and redressal in the event of recurrence
  8. Proactively suggests improvements to command center operating procedure and scope
  9. Flexible to work 24/7, Good communication skills.10. Order Mgt/ e-commerce process background
