Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the projects. You have to work with various other stake holders, client partners and Department owners. In this role resource should work on the support function basis the assigned tasks. Review the work status. Responsible for preparing project plan, communications and user trainings.Responsibilities:
    • Support the process and help the team technically with LIMS (Labvantage 8.3) related activities
    • Manage the queue, Incident and problem management, Application monitoring tasks etc.
    • Deliver consistent quality in a team environment with focus on personal and team growth
    • Maintains a productive working relationship with internal team, client, and other key stakeholders
    • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across internal clients, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
    • Utilize relationship building skills to create, reinforce, motivate and guide project team members
    • Influence and move others across organizational boundaries to the desired business outcome
    • Implement the successful technical deployment of systems within key stakeholders
    • Participate as required in any technical implementation work
    Qualifications Minimum qualifications BE/B.Tech/ MCA equivalent Preferred qualifications
    • Experience in Java and LIMS (Labvantage 8.3)
    • Ability to handle client and teams
    • Prior experience in LIMS (Labvantage 8.3) and Java support
    • Knowledge and experience implementing business solutions in LIMS
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Consulting and facilitation skills
    • Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis 24*7
    • Accuracy, end-user documentation and procedural focus.
    • Customer/Client Relationship Support
    • Microsoft O365 / Cloud Technology platform (LIMS, Skype, Yammer, Video Portal)
    • Demonstrated ability to be self-managed
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships
    • Broad knowledge-base of Office 365, LIMS (Labvantage 8.3), Java
