Job Description

OVERVIEW:

As a member of our Content production team in Hyderabad, you will be accountable for post-production, animation and video editing. Responsible for ensuring that the delivered products or services adhere to the guidelines and standards of the company. Demonstrated experience in audio, video editing and animation using Aftereffects, Adobe Premier, Sound Forge. Knowledge of Adobe CC such as Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Power Point.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Audio and video editing of Skillsoft Technology and Developer content.
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to understand and edit audio and videos of English-speaking instructors content
  • Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the guidelines and standards of the company
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
  • Quickly adapt and reuse components from existing courses into new ones. Create various content types Infographics, Animations, Graphics and videos as required.
  • Provide effective instructions in emails/documents
  • Ability to listen, to be clear and ensure you re understood.
  • Effectively convey vision, ideas, goals, and issues as well as produce data driven reports and presentations
  • Must be able to meet the cycle times and quality of finished videos. Ability to work in a production environment.
  • May be required to learn graphics skills for storyboard development in MS PowerPoint
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • May be required to work on once-off projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as required or other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned from time to time

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • + years of hands on progressive project management work experience in elearning domain. Preferably in fast paced eLearning content development/ custom content development/ content production organization in a similar role leading/managing global projects.
  • Excellent Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (excellent reading, listening, written and verbal skills)
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
