Job Description

Role : CRM AdministratorWhat you will create and do

  • Primary duties will be to manage the company s Salesforce instance. Salesforce is a
critical tool used to manage and report on sales activities as well as manage otherfunctional areas of the business.
  • The person in this role will maintain the accuracy of data within Salesforce as well as
enforce processes and procedures related to data/reporting requests, permissionrequests, licenses and requests for the creation of/editing of new or existing fields.What will qualify you for this role
  • Salesforce certified administrator or salesforce certified advanced administrator
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
Desired:
  • Previous experience working as a Salesforce administrator
  • A bachelor degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with the Marketing Cloud/Pardot would be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensures optimal performance of salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrades and configures salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Manages processes and procedures for change requests, reporting requests and new field requests
  • Manages Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Imports sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintains the sales cloud, and builds custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performs database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry
  • cleansing.
  • Evaluates and installs new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documents processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Prepares reports for Sales and other departments.
