    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Assist customers with product information and support
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette
    • Perform data entry and update customer records
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
    • Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
    • Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution
