Job Description

    customer support RepresentativeExperience-12months above on papersBudget-3.5 to 4.5 LPA(Depends on last Package and Interview performance) Nature of work: WFO Work Location-Raheja Mind space, Hi Tech city, HydRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Meet or Exceed monthly Sales target by understanding customers need and identify sales opportunities.
    • Have excellent Communication and Negotiation skills along with good sale pitch.
    • Recommend customer the best deal for the product.
    • Find new sales opportunities in an effective manner through cold calls (inbound/outbound) and lead generation.
    • Meet and Exceed Sales targets by understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    • Work with various vendors across America dealing and negotiating in automotive sales Decision-making in pricing the vehicles.
    • Customer having multiple cars if interested in selling their cars to helps out the customer throughout the process.
    • Associates need to quote a price for the vehicle depending upon the brand and the condition of vehicle.
    • Coordinate with the senior leadership team to resolve quality-related issues and ensure continual service improvements Analyzed business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Under Graduate/Any Bachelor degree/Post Graduation
    • Mandate of min 1 year of Sales experience in International Voice (US/UK/Australia)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
    • Ability to communicate effectively with international customers on call.
    • Must and should be an immediate joiner.
