Job Description

  • The Cyber security Analyst is a member of the Cyber security team and works with the other members of the team to develop and implement a comprehensive security program for the global CYIENT. You will report to the respective Technical Lead.
You will:
  • You and us conduct periodic vulnerabilities assessments for all global Cyient IT Infra as per schedule
  • You and us conduct periodic web vulnerability and penetration testing for all global Cyient applications
  • Work with various security technologies to ensure a good global security posture of Cyient is maintained
  • Work with various IT and business stakeholders to ensure that all security action items are closed
  • Conduct PoC for various security technologies and document the results of PoC
  • Work on external security bench marking tools to keep our organization security score at Advance level
  • You and us provide regular and need basis security reports.
Youll Need:
  • Experience in areas of Cyber Security (Data Loss Protection, Vulnerability Management, SOC, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, Access Management, and Consulting)
  • Experience in Internal and External Penetration Testing on IT Infrastructure (including Servers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc) including conducting a wireless security assessment.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard risk, governance and security standard methodologies
  • Understanding of security threats (preferably OWASP Top 10/SANS top 25 vulnerabilities), threat attack methods and the current threat environment
  • Understanding of common attacks (e.g. brute force, SYN flood, session hijack, smurf, etc.) and their SIEM signatures
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP stack, SSL/TLS, IPSEC, SMTP/IMAP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.)
  • Web Application Security Assessment in-depth knowledge of web application attacks and defense strategies (SQL injection, XSS cross-site scripting, CSRF, logic flaws, etc) Demonstrated experience with common penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools (open source and commercial) such as Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux OS, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Open VAS, OWSAP ZAP, QualysGuard, Rapid7, Tenable.
