Job Description

    Duties And Responsibilities
    • Support and provide consultation to Product Managers, Data Architect and Developers in-app teams on their cloud-related projects
    • Participate in solving the problems of capacity, performance, and stability of the cloud environment.
    • Follow Agile Software Development methodology
    • Adhere to best practices
    • Responsible for Coordination between Client Product Team and Offshore Development Teams
    Requirements
    • As a data scientist, you will be working as part of the product engineering team in the application portfolio of Privileged Access Management and related Cyber security products
    • You will be performing data science research and implementing ML models in the areas of threat analytics, threat detection, malware, ransomware activities, preventing data breaches resulting in data loss, root cause analysis, threat forensics, threat prioritization and automatic remediation
    • 5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, PySpark, Scala, Go, and scripting languages
    • Knowledge of cyber security, correlation, anomaly detection, threat modeling, threat detection, threat hunting, forensics
    • Strong experience using cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP for model development and operationalization
    • Knowledgeable in SQL, NoSQL databases, extracting data sets for analysis and training purposes
    • Advanced knowledge of internet security issues and the threat landscape is a plus
    • Work on R&D projects to develop new and novel models for data interrogation and analysis
    • Work with Pursuit and Threat Intel team to support the internal mission
    • Work with complex data sets to solve multiple challenging problems using statistical approaches
    • Design quick proof-of-concept experiments to validate the hypothesis and demonstrate the viability
    • Work to develop new investigation lines of discovery in the areas of fraud and criminal activity
    • Work closely with security engineers and product teams to identify and propose new security solutions
    • Develop tools and algorithms to exploit data to craft new synthetic products
    • Develop applied research examining and reverse-engineering technologies
    • Develop/enhance Redacted data collection, aggregation, and analysis systems
    • Knowledge of DevOps-based agile software development, familiarity with infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and CI/CD
    • Knowledge of setting up MLOps pipelines for centralized training, model cataloging, versioning, approval, and continuous deployment is a plus
    • May help the product teams in the use of data science to help improve CX, adoption and usage of our existing products and create new products
    • Excellent communication skills, the candidate should be able to communicate well with Onsite clients/ Product Owners
    • Critical Thinking and Listening Capabilities and demonstrate the same with the Client
