Job Description

    Job Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to define the data intelligence strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. This includes determining the key focus areas, identifying data sources, and establishing a roadmap for data intelligence initiatives. Team Management: Lead a team of data analysts, data quality and other data professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the teams success. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Data Analysis and Insights: Oversee the analysis of large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decision-making. Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Stakeholder Engagement. Collaborate with key stakeholders across different departments, such as marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data intelligence needs and provide relevant insights and solutions. Act as a liaison between the data intelligence function and other business units. Technology and Tools: Evaluate, implement, and manage data intelligence technologies and tools, including data visualization software, data analytics platforms, and data management systems. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the data intelligence field to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: years of industry experience in the Analytics, AI/ML space Hands on Analytics/AI expert experienced in delivering Analytics projects/products in the financial services domain , involving large and complex data sets- both on premise and cloud in an individual contributor capacity. Master data storyteller with an ability to identify needles in the haystack and use Data Intelligence to draw actionable insights and make persuasive recommendations to senior stakeholders across different lines of business. Thought leader who is adept in the latest industry trends along with a proven track record of leading a team of highly talented Data Analysts, Visualization specialists and Data Scientists to produce high impact deliverables,
