We follow employee friendly policies with flexible office timings as we believe in the quality of work & the results produced by the employees.Job Duties And Responsibilities Monitor the event alerts and notify to the concerned team Respond to business user mails Basic troubleshooting of job failures to be done Work with Level 2 and development team on production defects fixes Job will require shift working hours (24/7)Skills, Experience And Requirements Engineering degree with 2 - 5 years of experience in operation/ production support of large Enterprise Data Warehouse in cloud environment Proficient in debugging and writing sql queries Good hands on experience in shell scripting or python Basic knowledge on AWS services s3 bucket , EC2 , CloudWatch, EMR, Athena Troubleshooting of ETL jobs and addressing production issue Experience with Scheduling tool ControlM Good Communication skills written and verbal with the ability to understand and interact with the diverse range of stakeholders Should be able to work without much supervision,
