PrimeSoft is seeking a DevOps Automation Engineers with solid hands on experience in PowerShell, C# and Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This role will be pivotal to process improvements and automation to improve overall operational efficiency in applications and infrastructure management. DevOps Automation Engineer will be responsible for building, managing and supporting various components and services offered in Azure in a high-availability cloud environment. The desired candidate is expected to perform all or most of the following activities:The desired candidate shall be a self-starter and can work independently on identified platforms and take ownership of the process automation activitiesResponsible for understanding and analyzing the existing operating procedures and optimize the process workflows using automation techniquesDesign, develop and deploy Azure application solutionsDefine and document the design of functionality using use cases, process workflows as necessaryMandatory Skills:Good understanding of SDLC including Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Production Support2 3 years of application development experience in C#, .NET, PowerShell, SQL etc. is mandatory; Experience with any other scripting languages will be a plusGood understanding of REST, Web Hooks, HTTP protocol and JSON/XMLExperience with the Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, ARM templates, and related technologies are requiredAutomation of Azure Infrastructure services is desiredExperience with TFS / VSTS for source code management is preferredProactive in learning new tools and technologies, as necessary to create PoC / solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication is desiredAbility to work in a fast paced Agile / Scrum project environment with frequently changing priorities and stringent deadlinesAzure or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is a plusMust Have Skills:Microsoft AzureRESTXML/JSONGood to Have Skills:C#, .Net, SQLTFS / VSTS,
