Job Description

    Job description
    • Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the Project.
    • Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
    • Help project team to plan and schedule project time-lines and milestones using appropriate tools.
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
    • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
    • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
    • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
    • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
    • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
    • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
    Required qualifications:
    • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Over 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
    • Strong Debugging & Analysis Skills
    • Good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Hands on experience in building/coding end to end Web Applications using C#, WCF, MVC, Web API, SQL/Mongo DB, Angular.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PM tools
    • PMP certification is a plus
