Job Description

    The selected candidate will be part of Performance marketing Organization rolling up to Synchrony, India.The candidate will be responsible for email building, testing and launching marketing campaigns with proper documentation and highest level of accuracy.Essential Responsibilities:Work within designated email platforms to build, test and successfully launch the email marketing campaigns, ensuring creative and file selection are accurate.Maintain project tracker to reflect status of all the projects and completion dates.Maintain good communication rhythm with stakeholders on projects.Strong adherence to SLAs on timelines, accuracy & Compliance.Ensure all campaigns meet required campaign documentation.Record all approvals and final documents within campaign management system.Qualifications/Requirements:Graduate/Engineering in any quantitative discipline. MBA in marketing/digital marketing preferred for this role.Exposure on MS office tools (Excel, Word & Power point)Exposure on marketing and retail conceptsStrong project management skills & attention to detailKnowledge of Digital Marketing CampaignsStrong written & verbal communication skillsGood Team Player.Desired Characteristics:Understanding of US credit card or retail businessExposure to Marketing databasesProven ability in delivering and reviewing projects with clients and peers.Ability to manage fast paced, deadline driven environment.Exposure to any project management toolExposure to Digital platforms,
