Job Description

    EA OpsRoles and Responsibilities :-
    • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with the operations team.
    • Onboarding ,Exit formalities, Payroll inputs updates of the employees
    • Interacting with FOE and all the front line employees
    • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
    • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.
    • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
    • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
    • Knowledge in Handling branch level operations and coordinating with branchEAs.
    • Smooth handling of branch level activities.
    • Preferably looking for female candidates.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good knowledge in Excel and Email Etiquettes.
    • Good organizational and Time Management skills
