Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Pricing
    • Handle all sorts of Pricing especially for East and South Zones
    2. Masters
    • Master Creations & changes (Purchase Vendor / Customers / Materials / Transport vendors/Cost and Profit centres etc.,) along with adhering controls. TM Masters include, /Vehicle Masters.
    3. Training
    • New process implementation training to end users through various channels like Lync /Telephonic etc.,
    4. Support
    • Providing online support in SAP FI /MM /SD, TITO (customised SW) and SAP TM to end-users
    • Testing of various scenarios that have been raised due to new process developments/changes in existing processes in FI/MM/SD, TITO & TM.
    • Transport Management - Handling Lanes / Kms / New MTRs / new transport vendor and new Plant in TM
    • Cancellations/rectifications of transactions with necessary approvals limited to SD/MM for East and South Regions along with feedback to end users.
    • Trouble shooting issues.
    5. Audit
    • Audit of MM transactions especially on wrong movement types (MM).
    • Provide SAP data to auditors during various Audit conducted internally and externally.
    6. Other activities
    • Generating Transportation Reports on a monthly basis in Excel.
    • Handling Dunning process in SAP for all India as per the schedule.
    • Testing Support in New plant creation and Year end (March and December) process.
    • Maintain Log register.
