fair data model engineer in hyderabad Major Accountabilities:-Support integration and development of semantic and FAIR technologies to improve the company data landscape to help create high quality data assets to enable analytics using data across all bio pharma data domains and value chain; omics, compounds, diseases, patients, payers, providers, sites, trials, KOLs, HCPs, EMR, EHR, patient journeys, employees, contracts, vendors, products, etc-Be hands on in building data pipelines and models through application of FAIR data engineering skills.-Support in evaluation of technologies and assessment of capabilities and gaps and alignment with the overall enterprise data engineering services-Support execution of enterprise wide data strategy by applying the standardized DLC Management approach aligned to FAIR data principles-Support execution of the defined use cases to ensure value realization while ensuring adherence with enterprise wide data strategy. Experience and Skills-Good combination of (1) hands-on data engineering skills (2) agile data driven product development and (3) data domain expertise (life sciences industry preferred but not required). Examples of data domains include products, employees, customers (patients, payers, providers, HCPs), contracts, vendors, omics, compounds, diseases, sites, trials, EMR and EHR.-Hands-on knowledge of enterprise data architecture and FAIR (FAIR data principles involving URIs) Master Data Management (MDM) data engineering using one of more programming languages (e.g.: Java, C/C++, or Python) and using semantic technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, Linked-Data and related tools.-Deep technical expertise across related data processing stacks and technologies (e.g.: Spark, Kafka, and Elastic Search)-Operational knowledge of semantic technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, Linked-Data and related tools.
