    Greeting from Monalisa GroupUrgent opening for the position of Field Engineer / Desktop & laptop support Engineer One of our reputed IT client -CMM LevelJob Location:- Bangalore , Hyderabad, ChennaiDesignation:- Field Engineer / Desktop & laptop support Engineer (150 +)Salary 15000 to 16500 k Max
    • Repairing Laptop
    • Desktop & laptop support (Warranty assets & AMC assets)
    • Hardware spares replacement & OS + basic software installation
    • Laptop Display Trouble shooting
    H/w installation hard disk Laptop body, Keyboard, battery installation, motherboard issues, LCD screen, base cover, hinge change, Keys not working on keyboard, Laptop touchpad causing cursor to jump randomly, Display screen image distortion, Video card faults, Fan noises, Battery not charging / doesnt last long, Laptop speaker making static noises, Signs of virus infection. Window installation- windows, MS-office, bios update, antivirus, diagnostic run H/w test Drive install Printer, SpeakerKit and bootable pen drive will be given by customer.Partner will provide the named backup in case the main engineer is on leave.Should have written and verbal skills. Note: Deployed engineer will resolve min. 4-5 calls in day. Travel within a range of 40 KM from the reporting office. Working Service windows 9 x 6 (Monday to Saturday ) Engineer will follow customer holiday calendar as well as the roster.
