Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our hardware electronics products to new and existing clients in the field. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting face-to-face meetings with clients, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hardware electronics products.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to deliver product demonstrations andpresentations.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
    • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts formanagement.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in field sales of hardware electronics products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong technical knowledge of hardware electronics products
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to large audiences.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools
    • Willingness to travel extensively to meet withclients.
