Job Description

    responsible for ensuring Global Daily balance sheet is accurately reported to the downstream consumers (Part of regulatory reporting like : LCR, LRD, SLG etc) monitoring and investigation of late adjustments and ensuring adjustments are posted with GDBS unique identifier. reporting and resolving open issues to relevant GDBS stake holders and publication of various GDBS dashboards. execution and completion of the tasks assigned and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs are met as part of various management reporting on daily basis. ensuring clean audit results from internal and external reviews ensuring the documentations for key BS processes, risk assessment and SOX documentation is up to date establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with key stakeholders across. interaction with IT teams as part of daily monitoring of timely delivery of data with focus on accuracy. prepare and publish various stats as part of IT data delivery and represent the team in various IT forums expected to be actively identify opportunities of process review and reengineering to improve the processes with other counterparties across different divisions and regions. product Control knowledge is preferred.Your teamGEAC (Group Entity and Accounting Control) team is part of Group Accounting, university degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA / CFA, MBA Finance or similar) at least 6+ years of Balance Sheet reporting experience with deeper understanding of (Invest Banking and/or Wealth Management) Product Types traded by the desk and process of valuation and its issues. Product Control Experience Preferred able to understand the booking structure for complex trades and raise relevant issues to Product Control management a working knowledge of accounting aspects of transactions i.e. impact on PnL / Balance sheet excellent exposure to senior level decision-makers and stakeholders excellent Stakeholder Management skills excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal) open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team member excellent knowledge in MS office (especially excel and power point) strong presentation/communicate skills to clearly and effectively in both oral and written form
