Job Description

    Financial Controllers - Shared Service- Responsible to manage all aspects of general accounting services quality, ensuring compliance to local, regulatory- Implements new applicable accounting standards and group policies- Responsible to ensure compliance of services and regulatory requirements at a country and international level (IFRS, GAAP etc.)- Driving sustained improvements in process design and operation to generate cost efficiency, reduce risk and improve automated control- Experienced finance professional and leader (15+ years), qualified accountant (FCMA, ACA, ACCA) with deep technical expertise and content knowledge- Transformation and digital mindset - we are looking for leaders who relish the opportunity to learn and advance their own as well as the skills of their teams- Apply Group policies and local standards in association with the Heads of Control (region and segment) to deliver a strong internal control environment capturing, analysing and reporting financial outcomes including risks and variances,
