    Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst/Manager7 - 12 yearsJob title - FP&A AnalystGrade G2L2 / G3L1 (Associate Process Manager / Process Manager)Location HyderabadNos. of open positions 1Responsibilities:Perform Month End Close responsibilities and analysis of financial results including sales, revenue, expenses, margins and variance trendsPrepare forecasts, annual operating plan, and annual multi-year strategic plan with commentary for business leadersEnsure compliance with US GAAPExplain variances to plan by using various resourcesDemonstrate a proven understanding of accounting principles and internal controlsProduce reports and ad hoc analysis for senior managementProvide support to internal and external auditorsEvaluate processes and drive efficiencies using critical thinking skillsQualifications:Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting7+ years experience in financial/cost analysisSelf-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervisionStrong technology and data mining skills are critical, expertise in Microsoft Power BI is a must. High level of proficiency in TM1 and Oracle is a plus.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressureDemonstrated project management skillsAbility to effectively connect with senior management on a one on one basis
