Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job purposeResponsible to perform preformulation and formulation development activities for various dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, pellets, liquid orals etc.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct of preformulation and excipient compatibility studies for various dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, pellets, liquid orals etc.
  • Execution of experimental work & documentation (Lab notebooks, log book entries)
  • Evaluating the results according to the objective of the experiment and planning further trails.
  • Execution of process evaluation, optimization, scale-up and exhibit batches.
  • Acquainted knowledge in USFDA, EMEA &ICH Guidelines.
  • Preparing batch records, product development reports & stability protocols.
  • Conduct literature search for research purposes
  • Interact with cross functional teams for execution of projects.
  • Effectively co-ordination between teams for cross functional activities.
  • Preparation of labels for stability studies and loading the samples on stability
  • Any other tasks related to formulation development function assigned by reporting manager and/or department head
  • Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
  • Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are always training and adhered within the team
Educational Qualification: M.Pharma in PharmaceuticalTechnical/functional Skills:
  • Knowledge of Preformulation and formulation development activities
  • Interaction with analytical and other cross functional teams
  • GMP and regulatory understanding
Experience:
  • 1-3 years post qualification
Behavioral Skills:
  • Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
  • While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovative in his/her approach, good communication skills.
  • Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
