Our FEE will lead the development of several new front-end interfaces that will provide a robust end-to-end user experience. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building a software system that can be operated at global scale. This FEE, will also work closely with numerous partner teams like Product, BI, Tech teams. This is a front-end focused role. However, you will be responsible for writing the middleware code on back-end as needed. You will help define, design, prototype and build customer experiences for PXT customers. You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers. You ll work on cutting edge technology such as such as React, Redux, Flow, Webpack, ES6+, and AWS to build the world s most innovative front-line support solutions.Key job responsibilitiesAs an engineer on this team, you will be given the opportunity to independently own driving improvements to our existing technology, while also designing and developing new products and interfaces. About the teamThe PXT Solutions works across has a goal to positively impact Associates by focusing on solving the problems that matter to them. Some of the products and programs are directly frontline, whereas others deliver key actionable insights to leaders and PXT teams on operational metrics, attrition, retention, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and engagement that result in a cascading Associate impact., 2+ years of professional front-end development. Skilled with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node Deep experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks such as React. Ability to rapidly prototype and adjust in response to customer feedback Demonstrated experience in problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing, and a preference for agile development. Masters degree in CS or an engineering discipline5+ years of professional front end development.Experience building reusable UX components or librariesStrong UX design skillsExperience building scalable, distributed, front-end experiencesThe pay range for this position in Colorado is $143k - $194k/yr however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
