Job Description

Job Purpose (Job Summary): The Global Sales & Marketing Enablement Product Strategist is responsible for the Global Sales & Marketing Enablement Program Roadmap, which covers: 1) Global CRM 2) Sales Tools and 3) Marketing tools excluding Web platforms and analytics tools. They work with our retail and institutional teams globally. On CRM, the GPS works with the Regional CRM Product Strategists (EMEA, AP, Americas) to understand their CRM strategies, factor in regional commercial priorities and develop a company vision for CRM, factor in regional commercial priorities and align and agree to global roadmap for functionalities and capabilities for development. They work with regional Sales & Marketing Enablement leads and stakeholders to accomplish the same for those capabilities. They will identify, drive and prioritize capabilities with global scale, where appropriate. They will shepherd tool approvals and funding as required.The GPS will be a global point person for certain global Marketing/Sales Enablement tools including global webinar tools and global CRM. They will be a point person for key global projects that affect Sales & Marketing Enablement including, Data Initiative, Enterprise Content Management, and Red Oak implementation. He/she will also manage the Global CRM Product Owner.

  • Responsible for identifying, defining, prioritizing, and validating the high-level roadmap for Sales & Marketing Enablement Capabilities.
  • Collaboratively defines and drives capability strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional partners, key stakeholders, and their commercial priorities. They will also identify and understand capabilities that could be scaled or built globally, for the benefit of the firm.
  • Thinks holistically about data-capture to enhance Client 360
  • Works closely with local & regional Product owners to assure local roadmaps are up to date so the Global Product Strategist can understand global component needs.
  • Partner with and ensure successful implementation of key global projects, including ECS, Data, Red Oak.
  • Be a system owner and point person for global Sales & Marketing Enablement tools. They will partner with appropriate stakeholders & functions, including Technology and Compliance, to advance projects, meet objectives, and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure domain & tool project funding and approvals
  • Manages Global CRM Product Owner and has accountability for their success.
  • Provides support to Private Markets for CRM, as needed.
  • Lead Sales & Marketing Enablement communication and team calls.
  • Be a strategic partner across teams and deliver value for Invesco, in line with commercial and strategic objectives
  • They will be active to remove impediments impacting successful team completion
  • Understand and keep appraised about the latest trends affecting this domain.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years Digital Financial product management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of SaleForce Sales & Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Enablement tools. Knowledge of Adobe Suite also helpful.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise-level tools
