Job Role: We are looking for a Product Manager who has a proven track record in handling 360-degree Product Management and can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit & prove success in building new programs purely generating business results & taking the existing products/services to the next level.- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.- Capturing product requirements, prioritizing requests, establishing goals, and driving the feature development process to deliver value to customers at Walmart scale.- Conducting customer research to define unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and identify needs to inform product roadmap.- Experimenting with your hypotheses, iteratively and scaling he best ones.- Defining and analysing metrics that inform the success of the overall platform.- Working with the leadership team to track appropriate metrics, OKRs, key issues, status, and launch plans that inform the continued success of your products. Turn customer insights into actionable initiative.- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.- Providing overall direction by analysing business objectives and customer needs.To fulfill this role, we are looking for product managers with:- BE/B Tech/Bachelor of science (MBA is added advantage)- 7+ years in product management in Internet/ E-commerce space and on customer engagement or equivalent domain,- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally,
