Position: HEAD- Information Technology at GM LevelReporting to: COOExperience: 18 20 YearsLocation : Hyderabad Professional Qualification: B.Tech (IT/CS) / M.Tech (IT/CS) / MBA(IT) from Premier Management Institute / B SchoolPosition Overview

• Provide Leadership in Information Technology portfolio for enablement and identifying IT innovative potentialities and bringing them to fruition to best benefit of the overall goals& objectives of the Organization.
• Develop and maintain a robust & futureproof technology stack for the organization that helps the organization in reducing costs, enhance efficiency and increase sales volumes.
• Manage a portfolio of IT; understand business lines and IT projects related to strategic, financial, and business operational development aspects.
• Well versed with latest technologies like Big data /Analytics / Apps/SAP-HANA/ Cloud Computing / Data Security etc., to provide the inputs for business decisions making team to implement the business solutions by using the latest technologies in an agile, efficient and secured manner.
• Brainstorm with the internal business teams to discover new IT solutions to problems

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning for Innovations

• To handle large size Data Center & Disaster Recover management.
• SAP implementation end to end for a minimum 300 SAP users and provide In house management of SAP support.
• Hands on experience in SAP modules any one or two (MM/PP/FICO/SD).
• Experience in manpower (SAP Space) orientation & retention.
• Vendor Management, related to Cloud computing systems and any other Application integrations with SAP.
• Robust implementation of internal financial control check list with respect to IT systems.
• Co-Ordination with auditors for successful completion of audit with respect to IT system.
• Implementation of Cyber security systems and build strategy and infrastructure for Data Privacy and Security from both internal and external environments
• Experience in data warehouse management and relevant MIS.
• Overview of LAN/WAN to manage multi locations (Minimum 100 locations).
• In-depth understanding of business requirements and knowledge on functionalities like Finance, Marketing, Sales & distributions, Promotional activities etc.
• Data team planning, management & retention.
• Establishment of Communication System and management.
• Non-IT solutions / Applications implementations as per business requirements with cost effectiveness.
• Preparation of annual IT budgets and control.
• Team management, selection, development for data management, network management, security management, SAP consultants (Technical & Functional).
• SAAS / HAAS selection & implementation management.
• Monitoring & managing team of sourced data for functional modules across the locations.

1. Business Planning & Development

• Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future business requirements in IT.
• Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders
• Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs
• Provide inputs to monitor and to control costs, to accelerate rate of business growth, to improve efficiency, to gain market share.

1. Project / Program Management:

• Provide strategic guidanceto teams and project managers.
• Identify, drive, review and edit business process requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solution and manage the documentations related to each project.
• Provide tools to manage risks and take corrective measurements.

1. Business Reviews &Reports

• Performance daily / weekly & monthly reviews and analysis of current business processes using operational metrics and reports.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports, reporting and forecasting tools including dashboards across all functionalities.
• Attend business meetings as on when require& follow-up for compliance of decisions taken.

Key Attributes

• Expertise in Multi Project Management of Large& Medium level complexity.
• Worked across multi-functional, experience in domains, in any manufacturing industries like Dairy, Foods, FMCG.
• Must be able to work creatively within a budget and useIT innovation to find ways of more effectively managing resources.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence with high maturity level.
• Ability to work in matrix reporting structure.
