head supply chain in hyderabad Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures to have a seamless supplychain, logistic, procurement and operations.- Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing andcontrol of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of thefinished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain.- Direct entire logistics flow from purchasing, orders to aftersales- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related toprocurement.- Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition ofmaterials to support product launches.- Develop and manage quarterly and yearly departmental budgets.- Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help managementunderstand the logistics perspective.- Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance,manufacturing, shipment and delivery and returns on product.- Understand accounting, legal documents and build lasting relationships as they increaseefficiency and focus on warehouse optimisation.Candidate Profile :- Has an entrepreneurial spirit- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field, withMasters or MBA preferred. Advanced certifications are a plus.- 6+ years progressive experience in the field of purchasing and materials management.- Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.- Proven leadership skills in building and managing large teams.- Strong Data and Analytics capabilities Well versed in end-to-end data and analytics: mining andextracting, cleansing and formatting, structuring and analyzing, and garnering information andinsights.
