Job Description

  • A genuine passion for education
  • Strong quantitative and technical abilities
  • Analyzing marketing needs of the schools
  • Develop and establish communication mediums to increase parent footfall in the school
  • Conduct market research and build effective partnerships with relevant organisations to enhance Next Education brand and position in the market. Eg. Look for corporate and preschool tie-ups.
  • Providing regular reporting including analysis, insights, forecasts and actions
  • Developing and implementing the Admissions strategy
  • Supervise the on field managers and monitor their targets
  • Should be result oriented and innovative
  • Participate in regional/school events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events
  • Managing customer service levels for admissions inquiry management to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to applicants/parents at every stage of the process
  • Actively work and participate in meetings with our Partnership schools and other key departments
  • Previous experience of managing people would be a major advantage
Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Flexible and must be able to multitask
  • Must be organized with handling documentation
