Job Description

              • Pre bill run checks and revenue assurance analysis.
              • Monthly Bill run.
              • Setup and maintain the aspects of all the billing import and export processes.
              • Single view Database structure. Table structure.
              • Single view environment variables.
              • Product configuration in Single view
              • DA and RT table structure and design
              • Good knowledge of Single view schedules and tasks
              • Good understanding of partner billing functionality in Single view
              • Good understanding of voucher management in Single view.
              • GL reporting.
              • Hands on with Billing fulfilment.
              • Good knowledge of Payments & Collections. Payment plan setup. Customer suspension. Processing of refunds. DD/RT payments and rejections processing.
              • Error monitoring. Log file monitoring. Adapter log files.
              • Telecom domain experience in postpaid/CRM and order management.
              • Shell scripting, Python, Java, SOAP knowledge is a must
              • Good Pl/SQL knowledge.
              Design
              • Hands on experience in designing and developing billing solutions in Single view.
              • Hands on experience with agile deliveries.
              • Preparing HLD and LLD of good quality.
              • Participate in design work shops to provide inputs as SVW/ billing consultant.
              • Impact Analysis and estimation of any changes or delivery
              General
              • Familiarity working with ITSM / Remedy tool set.
              • Prior experience working in managed services environment will be plus.
              • Experience & Ready to work in 24 * 7 * 365 high demand environment.
              • Good communication & written skills.
              • Conducting Root cause analysis.
