Monitor Lead Sizing and Keep the average at 30 leads per user
Complete account opening process , Saathi , Drishti- Training
Handle 2 mentors
Achieve the Business KRA - Agent Productivity
Train the team on Opening , closing and objection handling skills
Drive Knowledge sessions and get 100% coverage
Doing Calls Audit Everyday
Doing 5 Mock calls everyday
Drive Referral Business - Lead creation per user wise

Good communication skills.
Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.
Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office etc.
We are looking for a person whos age is below 29yrs.
Team handing with min 10 members for 2 yrs with core Sales experience.
Communication : Telugu / Kannada / Tamil , Hindi & English.
