The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing and leading the Science Department, managing the IBDP curriculum, keeping track of student progress, and collaborating with staff to enhance Science programs. The HOD Science (IBDP) will report to the Principal.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Science with a teaching qualification Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area Experience in International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. (IBDP) is mandatory Demonstrated leadership and management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to the changing needs of the school,
