Be a part of our journey!We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Global HR team. The HRBP is responsible for delivering the people strategy and supporting all functions in India. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Educate, train, and monitor the application of HR policies
  • Supporting and executing the talent acquisition strategy
  • Assist with organizing the induction training course and onboarding for new hires.
  • Lead employee relations investigations in partnership with the HR Leader, fellow HRBPs and/or Legal to minimize risk to the company
  • Work closely with the HRBPs and HR Leader to develop creative employee engagement programs and deliver those programs to drive a high-performance culture
  • Support our annual performance management process, bonus, merit, and stock planning
  • Partner with the HR team for transformational efforts of the client groups to continue to build on the success of the year and help achieve our strategic and financial objectives
  • Assisting in all HR related administrative work for the region
  • Supporting additional projects within APAC HR team that could include HR portal
Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Proven record of operations experience and expertise
  • Working knowledge of compliance and auditing practices
  • Experience in policy development, administration, and application
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change in business demands and work duties.
Qualifications:
  • More than 8 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in HR operations and business partnership
  • Past experience in compliance or HR operational work highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills. Discreet, tactful and maintaining confidentiality as a professional, ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and build sound working relationships.
  • Delivery oriented, able to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Proven customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient IT user (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable of HRIS systems, Success Factor preferred.
  • A contributing team member.
  • Positive and proactive attitude highly self-motivated a self-starter and a fast learner.
  • BA/BS or comparable work experience considered
