Job Description

    An exciting opportunity has emerged at Epiq due to the maturity and evolution of our human resources shared services model. As a HR Operations Specialist, you are required to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for HR support of associates, management, external clients and HR internal teams. This includes evaluating and analyzing the request or concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution to the client, consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) core responsibilities. In this role, you will also be responsible to investigate and provide guidance and resolutions regarding HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and associates, and recognize when escalation of a situation is necessary. (e.g. payroll, performance management, time and expenses, and benefits). Additionally, you will have to document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner and together with this, you are required to process transactions and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding and document management.Job ResponsibilitiesResolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries and transactions related to HRMaintain HR system (Workday & SAP) with accurate and updated informationInitiate background verification on offer letters for new hiresPrepare employment verification letters based on the nature of requests receivedManage the new hire preboarding processManage new hire onboarding in WorkdayMaintaining Training related dataManaging & Coordinating queries on Case management tool and create HR ticketsManaging reports request from employees and stakeholdersCommunicate and distribute processes and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issueAssist with data correction or escalate to Sr. HR Ops Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-serviceHandle calls from AMR/EMEA/APAC employees and ensure to take action and create HR ticketsManaging technical issues and act as a bridge between operations & technical teamsAdhere to agreed KRAs and customer service standardsManage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLAsManage all processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle dataCollect data to prepare management reports, as neededDeliver high-quality, professional service to all internal stakeholdersFollow Standard Operating ProceduresAssist with internal and external auditsRequired Qualifications & CharacteristicsMaster Degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field0-2 years of experience in HR is desirableProficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management softwareStrong communication skills both in written and verbal.
