*Title: HR Technology SpecialistJob Scope:This position serves as a key HR Technology Specialist and point of contact for the ongoing run & maintain of ServiceNow HR configuration. This includes supporting the execution of HR related projects and programs impacting ServiceNow. In addition, this position is responsible for continual process improvements and implementation of standard, efficient, and effective processes for ServiceNow HR; liaison with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely support for key HR processes and ServiceNow HR.ResponsibilityPerform/Support day to day administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications (HR Case/Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (Portal), Enterprise Onboarding, Employee Document Management and/or Performance and/or Performance Analytics for HR)Coordinate with your HR Technology Consultant/Lead and assist when new ServiceNow patches/releases are applied to instancesWork with business users to identify and refine HR business requirements, workflows, etc.Providing ServiceNow HR assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setupResponsible for timely issue identification and resolution according to established SLAs.Provide support for case management.Hands on execution of change requests including build and unit testing of configurations.Identify improvement opportunities and develop and implement process improvements. Includes documenting and communicating processes with HR Technology Consultant/LeadLiaison with HR Service Center regularly as well as keep closely engaged with the COEs to review new issues and concerns, provide guidance and support of timely resolution Need additional support for ServiceNow project as well as run and maintain post go live., *Skills3+ years of experience working on ServiceNow specific to Human Resource functionGood communication skillsStrong logical ability and process orientedFlexible in work timings
