Job Description

    We are hiring for HRBP Human Resource Business Partner ProfileLocation HyderabadONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE REQUIREDReady to travel toBangalore and Chennai location as & when requiredSalary 4lpa maxEligibility:
    1. MBA in Human Resource Management (Full/part time/distance)
    2. Bachelors degree in B.com /BBA/BBM/BMS ,business, communications, or related field
    3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience
    Skills required:
    1. Excellent communication skills
    2. Excellent people management & analysis skills
    3. Extensive knowledge of HR process, procedures and policies
    4. Ability to take an ownership of HR projects
    Key responsibilities:
    • Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed
    • Gather and analyze relevant data, trends, and patterns and identify gaps and priorities
    • Conducting employee orientation/ induction
    • Work with business/function leaders to spot opportunities to create and execute learning & development programs
    • Manages and resolves complex employee grievance
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Consult with employees and management on employee grievance by providing guidance and assistance with policy interpretation
    • Conducting surveys, Keep a track on an employee health check, confirmations, skip meetings, exit interviews
    • Analyzing the data and, make HR reports/dashboards and initiate recommendations and execution
    • Benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions
    • Prepare employee engagement calendar and execution
