1. Discussing with client, about project Requirements, Modifications and FurtherExpansion of project.2. Heat load calculation for commercial and industrial projects.3. Basic of design for Cleanroom projects.4. Calculation of Blower External Static Pressure.5. Calculating the kitchen hood sizes as per requirement of the Cooker.6. Preparation of LAB furniture layout in AUTO CAD.7. HVAC ducting layout like Supply, Return, Fresh & Exhaust air duct routing design layout.8. To Prepare HVAC drawings by using AutoCAD Roof, Riser and floor drawings, chilled water, pipe drawings. Duct drawings with their sectional detail views.9. Preparation of Cleanroom layouts like AHU Zoning, Pressure gradient, Air flow direction, Cleanroom classification detailed design layouts.10.Preparation of machinery and equipment placement design layout like AHU, FAU, EAU, CSU & Chiller, Cooling tower placement layout.11.Corrections and modification of Ducting routing according to site condition12.Preparation of Modular Cleanroom wall and Ceiling panel layout13.Preparation of Single and Double door punching drawings.14.Support, maintain and update existing designs layouts like Electrical, Plumbing & Fire fighting.15.Site survey, Inspection of existing HVAC system & preparing the new ducting routing.16.Created complete sets of drawings to be sent out for approval and pricing estimatesExperience : 02-05 yearsQualification: Btech/Diploma Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
