You will be responsible for helping define and execute on performance initiatives across the team, as well as providing performance support and mentoring to the team. You will work closely with Program Managers and other Security Engineering disciplines to deliver a comprehensive plan to proactively validate product s performance and prevent regressions across all platforms and a focus on Windows. You will build performance analysis tools and support troubleshooting and pinpointing performance issues. You will fill a vital role in the fight against malware and see the results of your work contributing to protection of millions of customers. Additionally, as a self-driven technical leader, you will also be responsible for ensuring code quality, provide thought leadership in bringing innovation to our engineering practices. ,
