Job Description

    We at I-PAC are looking for young professionals who are eager to work in a thriving political environment. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the efficiency of the work paradigm and improve compliance & quality of outputs. This position will give you a macro view of the political consulting domain. Job Responsibilities : - Develop program assessment KPIs for evaluation of campaigns and individuals and suggest improvements. - Oversee multiple project teams on task allocation and advise coordinators/managers on how to prioritize efforts, improve efficiency and ensure program goals are reached.- Conduct audits of the deliverables and quality ratings, to ensure compliance with quality standards and generate timely audit reports. Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelors or masters degree from Tier-1 Institutes with a minimum of 2 years of experience- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and writing skills- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications : - Stakeholder management skills- Ability to multitask of various nature from documentation, excel, presentation etc.- Knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes- Highly effective cross-functional team management Location : The base location is Hyderabad (Candidate should be open to travel to field office location as per project requirements)The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well,
